Application Form for Oct 2012 admission

If you are interested in applying to us then as well as submitting an application to the University of Cambridge, you will need to complete and return our own internal Astrophysics Group admissions form.

The procedure to follow is quite straightforward:

  • Download the form as either an ASCII text file or a Word document (see below).
  • Complete the form, taking care to provide as much information as possible.
  • Mail a paper copy of the completed form to us at:

    so as to arrive no later than Monday 27 February 2012.

You can choose whether to download a simple ascii version of the application form or a Word version:

  1. ASCII version of the AP admissions form.
  2. WORD version of the AP admissions form.
On receipt of your AP admissions form we will acknowledge it with a return email.
