Some funds are available from the European Union FP6 programme RadioNet to support travel and subsistence for the Workshop on Simulations for ALMA. These are administered by ESO.
People wishing to use this budget must apply for approval in advance. This programme is intended primarily for those working at institutes in the EU, but others may be supported if a special case can be made.

Please note that travel should be by the cheapest reasonable route (low-cost flights, second-class rail fare, etc.)
We will then communicate to people whether their request can be approved (and to what extent).
Please note that you need to have received approval before you travel.

The procedure for making a claim is as follows:
Please make sure that you keep all receipts, including those for meals.
Download the NA6 form from RadioNet travel forms page.
At the end of the trip, send the claim form and receipts to ESO:

for signature. ESO will then send them to the RadioNet administration at JIVE, who will make the payment.
