John Richer’s Homepage¶
Who am I?¶
I am a Reader in Astrophysics, working in the Astrophysics Group in the Department of Physics of University of Cambridge. I am also affiliated with the Kavli Institute for Cosmology, Cambridge. I hold a teaching fellowship at Churchill College
I teach physics courses at undergraduate level, and do research in astronomy and astrophysics. My main interests are in star formation, and millimetre astrophysics (in particular the ALMA project).

I have offices at
- the Kavli Institute for Cosmology - Room 18 on the first floor. It is building 63 on this map (aerial view here but note that the building was not built when the photo was taken). Enter via the Institute of Astronomy Hoyle building.
