Note for users who wish to get Riley et al. 33 fields by ftp

The ReadMe in this directory gives details of the 33 fields for which
data is given in the 33 .dat files, all of which are in ASCII format
and can be transferred one-by-one by ftp if desired. Alternatively,
there is a tar file Riley_33fields.tar which contains the whole package,
but if you use this remember to set your ftp into binary mode before
you 'get' the file.
